How it works
How the AI running coach works
From your first run to race day: five steps, and the plan becomes yours.
01
Connect your runs
Connect Strava in a few taps and we import your recent history. Garmin, Health Connect, Apple Health, Polar, Coros and Suunto are next. Connecting is free on every plan and import is unlimited.
02
Choose your goal
Start running, 5K, 10K, half, marathon, improve a time or maintain fitness. If you have a race booked, periodization is built up to its date.
03
Get your plan
The AI builds your routine from your history, your pace, your availability and your level. Before it becomes a plan, everything goes through a rules engine: controlled volume progression, never two hard workouts in a row, periodic down weeks and a taper before the race.
04
Run
Keep using your usual watch or app. As soon as the activity reaches the platform, it lands here, gets normalized, deduplicated and matched to the workout that was planned.
05
Your plan evolves
We compare planned and actual, look at effort, pace and consistency — and adjust what comes next. Every adjustment carries the "AI adjustment" label and explains the reason.
What the AI does — and what it doesn't
The AI suggests; the system decides. Every suggestion goes through deterministic safety rules before it becomes a workout. The AI Coach only answers about running, training, races, pace, recovery and performance — it doesn't diagnose or prescribe anything health-related.
