AI app
An AI running app that does more than record
Most running apps record what happened. PaceOn uses what happened to decide what comes next. You keep using your usual watch and app — we take care of the planning.
Where the AI comes in — and where it doesn't
The AI comes in for plan generation (periodization from your history), run analysis (what went well, what deserves attention), weekly adaptation (what changes and why), race strategy (pace by segment, A, B and C goals) and the AI Coach, which answers questions with your context.
It never comes in for safety decisions. Volume progression, long-run ceiling, spacing of hard workouts and down weeks are deterministic rules that validate everything the AI proposes. That's why the plan is explainable: every adjustment has a reason you can read.
What you see on screen
One question per screen. At the start, today's workout — distance, pace range, effort — and a button. In the plan, the week as cards or the full grid of weeks by days. In progress, a chart per metric: volume, pace, long run, load. In runs, every activity with splits, comparison with the plan and the analysis. No noisy gamification, no leaderboard.
Integrations and devices
Strava is available now, and through it come runs from Garmin, Coros, Polar, Suunto, Apple Watch and most watches. Direct integrations with Garmin, Apple Health and Health Connect are on the way. The app is a PWA: it installs on Android, iPhone and desktop straight from the browser, and works offline to log runs when the connection drops.
Privacy and data
We send the AI model only a summary of your sports context — goal, volume, reference pace, effort and a summary of recent runs — never your full history or unnecessary identifying data. Integration tokens are stored encrypted. You can export your data and delete your account at any time.
Frequently asked questions
Do I need a running watch?
No. You can log runs manually. With a watch or an app connected to Strava, runs come in on their own.
Is the app on the App Store and Google Play?
PaceOn is an installable web app (PWA). Open it in your phone's browser and choose "Add to Home Screen" — it works like a native app, no store needed.
Can the AI make mistakes?
It can, like any model. That's why no suggestion becomes a workout without passing the safety rules, and every adjustment shows its reason for you to evaluate.
