Data we collect

Sign-up data (name, email), sports data entered during onboarding and activities imported from the platforms you connect (distance, time, pace, heart rate, elevation, cadence, power, splits and route when available).

What we use it for

To build and adapt your training plan, compute metrics, generate analyses and operate your subscription. We also use aggregated, anonymized data to monitor the health of the product.

Artificial intelligence

We send the model only a summary of your sports context — goal, volume, reference pace, perceived effort and a summary of recent runs. We don't send your full history or unnecessary identifying data.

Integration credentials

Access tokens for sports platforms are stored encrypted and used only to import your activities.

Your rights

You can access, correct and delete your data. Deleting your account removes profile, runs, plans and conversations; records required by tax obligations are kept in anonymized form.

Sharing

We don't sell your data. We share it only with providers required for operation (infrastructure, payments and the AI model), always at the minimum necessary.
