About
About PaceOn
PaceOn was born from a common frustration: plans that don't change and coaching that doesn't look. We wanted a coach that learned from every run — and explained every decision.
What we believe
That the right training reacts to what happened, not to what was scheduled. That a plan must be explainable: if it changed, you have the right to know why. That safety isn't optional — which is why the AI suggests, but deterministic rules decide. And that running is for everyone, from the first kilometer to the marathon.
How the plan is built
From your history (imported or logged), your goal and your availability, the AI proposes a periodization. A rules engine validates each workout: limited volume progression, long run within the safe ceiling, never two hard workouts in a row, periodic down weeks, taper before the race. What passes becomes the plan; what doesn't is adjusted or discarded. After every completed run, the cycle starts again.
What we don't do
We don't diagnose, prescribe or treat anything health-related. PaceOn's content is sports-related and informational. Before starting or resuming exercise, seek professional assessment; if you feel chest pain, severe dizziness, unusual shortness of breath or intense pain during an activity, stop and seek care. The AI Coach only answers about running and performance and declines questions outside that scope.
Transparency with data and AI
We send the model only a summary of your sports context. We don't sell data. Integration tokens are encrypted. Every automatic plan adjustment is labeled "AI adjustment", with its reason. You can export and delete your data whenever you want. The details are in the privacy policy.
